Ok,

The old light finally bit the dust. Ordered a new one and just got it in. I removed what was left of the old one but for the life of me cannot figure out how to feed the wires bach up to the connector. Does the fender come apart or is there some trick to this?

Eagerly awaiting any ideas.

Kurt

It is a warranty item (freebe). Also I forget how I did mine but it is just a plug a play connection. Very easy.

After you pull the tag light bolts out you should be able to pull down the inner plastic cover that the bolts went through to accesss the wires. Pull down and forward where the bolts were.

Thanks all!

That did the trick. I guess I need to invest in a repair manual. Appreciate the help though.

Mine disintegrated like dust... It's a warranty item.
