Any one here done this? What do you do about the interactive valve? I would think when they flow the inside it would seize it up.

I did it, it's great. They don't do the inside, so you don't have to worry about the valve.

I used HPC who recently bought Jet Hot.

I have 3 sets of plastic, also blue. Black is fastest.I had the pipes coated inside also only $15 more.

Thanks all, I think I got a good quote from jet hot and I am real interested in the copper colored coating.

I had Jet-Hot coat both my headers and muffler black last January. The valve works fine on the muffler.
When you get your muffler back, make sure you run a tap through the the chin fairing mounting bolt holes, or you'll end up buying new bolts @ 5 bucks each.
