Hi , I put some pics on the knowledge vault about the new exhaust (Quat-D, I bought it and the HD dealer installed it in the Ulysess. It has an impressive sound , not to loud, nice made, and more important in Europe E3 compliant, like EPA. Glad you enjoyed the states. Hope you felt welcome. I met 4 riders from Canada a few weeks ago and thy expressed the same sentiment. I put the Buell race pipe and ECM on about 6 months ago and it made a huge difference in my bike. My Uly rarely pings now and low speed cruising is much smoother. it will be interesting to see if we can get the Quat-D in the U.S. Let us know what you think of the new pipe over the coming months. | ||

yes you have dealers in the USA, see the link in my former post. I really felt welcome , you know in Europe the media and people are really biased about americans. So I found a complete different reality of what I heard of. Sometime I wonder why; probably is because you came twice to save them :-) Saludos | ||

I am glad you enjoyed your trip to the States. I wish I had four weeks to tour the country. It is amazing how there are stereotypes about folks in other parts of the world and then you find out how different the people are from the stereotype.I forgot the reason I posted this-does the pipe still have the insides so it can be used as a jacking point? Hi, HD guys told me that is tough enough for this, but I will see. Anyway HD sold the product even if it is an aftermarket, so they will cover any problem Regards P.S. We in Spain we are full of stereotypes, siesta, flamenco, paella, our president :-) |
