I for one would like to have the extra few degrees of turning radius offered on the '08 model. Unfortunately they changed the size of the forks too and the cost of a change over is likely too expensive.

I sounds from the literature that the trees are made with an additional offset rather than a change to the steering head angle or modification to the frame. So what I'd like to see is for somebody to machine some billet trees, like the Hillbilly Motors set, with the new offset and using the stock 43 mm forks.

An additional benefit would be the ability to use 1.125" Protaper bars and maybe even custom riser heights. They'll be pricey but that's never stopped me before. Anybody?

I was thinking the same thing but the fork ends now have a set back axle so you would need to change them also.
