This write up is mostly related to Porsche air cooled engines but the analysis is pretty good and even mentions the additive make up of Syn3. Those of you interested in the subject will find it quite interesting.

Wow, pretty interesting article. It never occurred to me to see what Porsche air-cooled owners were using, but that's probably a pretty good source of info.
