Author Message   Stewadi Posted on Friday, July 06, 2007 - 12:44 pm:        Trying to change out the muffler so I can put on a drummer. The only issue so far is the torca clamp. This would be the first time the thing was removed and its not budging. Any ideas, suggestions to ease its removal? WD-40 is not a penetrating oil it is mainly for W-ater\moisture D-isplacement. If all else fails put some heat on it.   Teeps Posted on Friday, July 06, 2007 - 09:55 pm:        Loosen the nut and spread the clamp apart with a large screwdriver or other such prying instrument. Apply some anti seize to the head pipe and the clamp during reassembly.
