Paochow, whose lights (brand & model, source even if you please) and mirrors do you use? Would they replace and mount where the front blinkers are mounted or are they on the fork tubes?

I have 1,750mi after about 6 weeks ownership but only two off road rides. One ended on a road, Moffat Rail Hill Route, with 6 ft of snow blocking my path at about 11,000ft elevation. I was thinking about trying that flying pig move, but figured to return in July and continue where I left off instead.

Jammin: I think you made the right move, I got stuck 5 ft into a snow bank trying to drive through some shallow snow.

The lights are PIAA 1100X's ($159 shipped on Ebay). As for the mount I bought a piece of L aluminum stock from Lowes hardware, cut, rounded the corners and mounted it to the fender bolts using some old dirt bike tube to rubber mount it.

As for the mirrors they are the popular Tuono mirrors. $40 for the pair at the local Aprilia dealer.

23,354 miles with 3 SS1000's (waiting on the IBA still)2 trips on the Dragon and climbing on the 06 uly. Continue to get 53 MPG even with the race kit installed. I have only had 2 issues which were fixed quickly by 2 different dealers while I was traveling under warranty.
1st kickstand pivot bolt broke with 8 miles on it!!! I was trailering it down to the lower 48 from AK. When I took it out of the trailer for the brake in ride the bolt broke the first time I put the kickstand down. I found plenty of places to lean it on until I got it fixed. The guys at Atlanta HD/buell took a stand off a bike on the showroom floor that was in a fork stand so I could get back out and ride. Being a soldier fresh from Iraq did help the matter too.
2nd with 22,044 miles on it the front rotor pulsed so bad i had to stop and get it fixed. the guys in Syracuse NY HD/Buell helped me out but I had to use the "I Know how you HD treat us Buell guys" to get him to replace it under warranty. After I paid for the overnight of the parts, $89 I was back on the road again.

Oh yeah I did have 2 bag latches break. The guys at the Macon HD/Buell hooked me up both times under warranty. 1st time a whole bag replacement the second was just a latch that the did order before i brought it in for them to look at it to be sure it is warranty. Class act guys in Macon A+++.

NO to the following "Normal" problems
fan, belt, tires (3 ea D616 rears 1 front), rear wheel bearings, BAS, steering head shake, low speed surge(fixed with full race kit).

Ride it every day and it won't break. The bike is made to ride not sit in the garage for a week and expect to perform on the weekend.

4 Tires, I seem to keep finding nails
Spark plug wires 10500 miles
Ecm 10500 miles
