I thought I'd pass along an excellent dealer experience. It seems that the dealer issue has really impacted the ownership of the bike for those that do not perform their own maintenance. I suspect that potential buyers who visit the discussion boards believe that good dealer service is not readily available. For anyone living in Northern California, I can highly recommend McGuire Harley-Davidson / Buell in Walnut Creek. I had my first service completed there today. Took the bike in and waited for it and was able to talk with the manager and mechanic several times during the process. The mechanics work in an underground garage area and they have a picnic table near the door and you can watch the work of all the mechanics in the shop. Very professional group. 5 of the folks that work there own and ride Buell's and they are very enthusiastic about the brand. They were surprised that I drove a little further to have my bike serviced there but I told them others on this board have recommended them and I was willing to invest the time to get the work done properly.
