Just got them in. I was looking and reading about how to install them, should I just remove the caliper or is there a better way?

No need to remove the caliper all the way.. Read this link/thread below and you will be fine. I chose to pull the wheel, then take the opportunity to put anti-sieze on the axle and also you can more easily clean out the caliper and push the pucks in to accept the new pads.
