In addition to what is listed in the manual, what else should I have them check. Some of you have identified some weaknesses in QC from the factory. Any areas that I should mention? Preferred oil? Pretty odd to check the oil after a big expensive service like that and find it way up above the FULL (over full? I fergit...) line. I also forget the name of the kitchen implement I used to draw out the excess - a baster?
