Super 8 in Racine. If you've got a Uly, please look me up. The first 20 to do so won't regret it.

I'm there. Also at the Sleep Inn. Heading up on Thursday and taking the Lake Express to avoid Chicago.

Come on; there's got to be more than five Ulys there. I've got twenty Bazooties to hand out that will make Uly riding more enjoyable. I'd hate to have to bring any back home with me.

Well, since time is getting close, and available rooms are beginning to be slim, I just went ahead and made my reservations for the Sleep Inn in Mukwonago.

See you guys there!

Booked a couple of nights at Racine, WI Super 8. Looks like it should be a straight shot over to East Troy on Highway 20. Were riding in on ULY, Sportster, Yamaha Radian. Long ride from Ralston, NE.

Two Ulys from Joliet area, staying in West Bend.

O.K., Here's the story. I had a great idea for a give away for Homecoming. Unfortunately, I'm not a Machinist; nor can I afford to pay a Machinist to make these items for me.
While discussing my idea with a VP at work, he suggested that he could program the CNC to make them, but I'd have to do the work on my own time. I agreed, of course. With the amount of time he invested, combined with the price of aluminum bar stock, I didn't want to push my luck, or look a gift horse in the mouth, so I only got to make 20. (I'd been hoping to bring at least 50)
The Bazootie will be a help to Ulysses owners, and maybe to City X owners. They're useless to any other model Buell. It's a nice shiny piece of billet that actually has a purpose. A functional farkle.
Hopefully it will enhance Homecoming a little bit for Uly owners.

I'm interested in one of your "Bazooties", I'm in Ohio now and plan on taking my RV with my Uly over to Wisconsin. If not I'll ride from Toledo.

Crusty,
Can you be more specific? I'm just curious to what a "Bazootie" really is. Unfortunately, I can't make Homecoming because I'm teaching an MSF double-header that weekend.

I'm going, but just for the friday stuff.

So I'll be staying at my house in Chicago.

I sure wish that there was an actual rally with camping and stuff like the BMW national. But I realize that that thing is not organized by BMW but rather the riders' organizations. It is pretty cool that Buell is doing anything at all I guess.

I just decided I'm going. I need to visit some family up in Wisconsin anyway. I'll be riding up June 29th from Atlanta.

I'll probably be staying up in Appleton and just coming down for Friday and maybe the Saturday races.

My wife & I are going. I'll be on the Uly and she'll be riding her Lightning. Don't remember where we are staying since she took care of that. Look for Illinois registered CRIKEY and DINKS.

See you all there!

I'll be easy to spot. I'll be on the one on the Orange Buell.
