Author Message   Etennuly Posted on Sunday, May 13, 2007 - 07:33 pm:        I just found that one of my side bag mounts was drooping. Sure enough one of the bolts fell out and more are loose. I had checked them for tightness while servicing the bike at 10,000 miles it is now over 14,000. I never gave it a thought that they were installed by the dealership and have no thread locker on them. The bags were on the bike when I bought it and they likely didn't put thread locker on because they may have had a sale for the bike without the bag system. When you check them for tightness, pull one out to see if they did actually put thread locker on them.
