I worked with a guy at the track recently to get my settings lined out. The handling on slow, tight corners never seemed right. The bike has a Pilot Power on the front and Pilot Road on the rear so the front is up about a 1/4 inch compared to stock. He ended up taking about a half a turn of rebound out of the front compared to the Buell 'enhanced handling settings'. This let the front end come back up quicker which helped with the pushing and with the feeling of bump steer while heeled over on an choppy surface. To get rid of the back end jacking up and down I ended up with max preload and both compression and rebound out only 1/3 of a turn. I weight 220. Looks like long term the front suspension is workable like it is but the back needs some work. Hopefully just a spring will do it but the stock rebound may not be able to handle it.

I put on a Wilbers shock and fork springs.

My Uly does great on the track with the new suspension mods.
