I talked to Rocky at Rox Performance yesterday and the 2" Uly specific riser in gunmetal gray is now available.

Mine are now on the way..

Treadmarks: It is on their website. Do you know if the Uly bars can be raised 2" without changing any cables? Sweet looking product.

Willy,

Yep, sure is on the site.

I dig the color, looks like a good match to the Buell frame.

The 2" risers will fit by repositioning the front brake line on the back of the shroud. The throttle cables are close but ok.
The factory throttle cables will work for 3" by simply relocating them to the left side of the cowl, away from the ignition lock. I did this a couple of weeks ago when I did the relay's for the DeathRay and Stebel horn.

I will post some pics of my install as soon as they come in.

Doggone, wish they were available 7/8" x 1-1/8" so I could use ProTaper bars. Sounds like you guys are just repositioning your stock bars. Anyone using Renthal "street bars"? I bent my bars and now have the opportunity to replace them with trick pieces.

I have two sets of aftermarket bars for an ATV but I can't seem to find some as tall as the stock Uly bars.

Rocky did inform me that the big bar conversion risers were on the horizon.

Those are pretty cool, I signed up with them as a dealer yesterday, will be selling them in a week or so.

Terry, would it be possible for you to send me a few photo's of them mounted on your Uly? I like pictures of the products in-place on the bike when I can get them. Me, I wanted LOWER bars on my Uly, not higher, but I'm not doing the offroad stuff with mine much, and rarely if ever stand on the pegs.

Dan Sergison's simpler non-adjustable risers will be up on the website later today.

Al,

Another purpose of the riser is to allow the use of lower handlebars with different shapes and still retain the stock height. I'm looking at the riser to use a MX bar that's flatter but only 4" of rise. The stock pullback is too much so my forearm and hand are not aligned and there is a pretty good "crook" at the wrist.

Rox risers showed up today, they are very nice. Being able to position the bars up and back really helps the comfort factor for me. Easy install, just reposition the front brake line. Now I need to come up with a good excuse for the boss why I can't work tomorrow I think I'll be sick, yea that's it.

+1 on wanting the 1-1/8" adapters. MUCH better bars.
