I may have to wait until late this year before I can make a purchase, but it just occurred to me that a few weekend rentals would be a great way to keep me appeased in the interim. My particular interest would be within 100 or so miles of the Pittsburgh area, but I may be able/willing to pull a "fly-n-ride" weekend or two if that's my only option. I'd give them a call. It might make a nice trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota.
