Hey all, I don't have Uly but met a guy at the local stealership and we got to talking about his '06. He said he has more deflection in the handle bars to the right then the left, when I looked at it there was a wire/cable bundle that was right in the pinch point and even become worn from being pinned by the forks. Wish I had taken pictures but I think you get the idea. Has anyone else had this problem or know if this is common or unique? | ||

It's common and some have had chaffing issues. Mine hasn't chaffed so it doesn't bother me. I'm not one to go lock to lock anyways on the bars. BC Steve | ||

It has caused running and electrical problems if not addressed. He should have the dealer make the fix for him. It is documented on here somewhere. |
