Found it on the office of defects portion of the NHTSA website.

Looks like a production change that occurred back in June 2006 this does not look like a recall. Though after they investigate maybe but no other details are available.

What you found is a service bulletin about a production change not a recall.

Bank angle sensor show up on that website if you go through the search process. Looks like it is supposed to start on March 5.
