Author Message   12x_infatuation Posted on Sunday, November 05, 2006 - 05:05 am:        Headed off into the unknown this morning on 12x for a day of adventure. Would not even have this fine piece of machinery of my partner of 20 years had stayed with me. A rendezvous with a new 'friend' had us (2 up) doing highway, round town, back streets, country roads, slippery tracks, creek crossings up to the pegs & more! Coupled with site seeing, dining, beach walk and prospect of meeting again i had the time of my life! The funny thing is that the only wildlife we saw was a stingray! Bike went like a dream, just dialled in some more preload when we met (she was a little shocked when i asked how much she weighed!) & i even let her take over the controls for 10km or so. Yep i even got to experience the comfy back seat for the 1st time. Anyway, just a happy customer with some +ve feedback.
