Who was on the orange Uly coming off of I395 headed into Washington DC this afternoon about 1235? You were the first vehicle in line at the bottom of the ramp when the funeral went past on the way to ANC. I was on the 3RD bike, black Uly with bags, in line with a 3 X 5 US flag displayed.
