Seems that the airbox was "revised." Any ideas? |

Chris, No SHIT! I understand what the word means. I though people might have seen the new design or heard something else that would be a bit more descriptive. |

The new air box mainly has another set of slots cut into it on the left side as well as on front near the intake portion of the air box cover. David |

My bike is overheating, not me. Funny that a guy that can't read directions was trying to define words.... |

I wish that had been done in 2006. I always thought that intake was not enough after having two xb's with the older ram style intake. |

Does the open air box give up a little bottom end for the top end? I cut a piece of Lexan from the hardware store and cut it out to match the air filter top and secured it to the air filter. I then wedged a piece of foam between the filter top and the the airbox cover. This was all just to test the open air box idea with the race kit I installed a while back. I found I lost a bit of bottom end and gained some top end. Nice at full honk but didn't like the low end loss. Just wondering if that is what others have found. |

I don't recall Buell specs saying the Uly had more HP for 07. Maybe it just sounds better lol. |
