Some of you may remember about a month ago a posting I made of a few problems I had with my Uly. The first was a stripped drain plug which happened at my 1000 mile service (not at the dealer mentioned below). The second problem was a cross threaded spark plug which blew out of my front cylinder taking the threads with it. I am very happy to say that I just picked up my bike from the dealer yesterday with a new head and a new swing arm, no questions, no hassles, and best of all, no cost. Thanks to Buell for standing behind their work and their technicians. And a huge thanks to Southern Tier H-D in Binghampton, NY for making my problems go away. Now, back to ripping up the back roads of New York State! | ||

Lately I have had a performance issue and doubting my Uly purchase. This post makes me feel much better. Thanks for posting the outcome. John | ||

John-They have that stuff with the smiling guy on TV for performance issues...what does the Uly have to do with it?? Oddsc- where in NY are you? you're the first Uly I've heard of somewhat nearby- I'm east of Rochester. Maybe you can show me some of the Southern Tier roads? | ||
