Well we made it back to Appleton.
What a great time, I hope everyone else had as much fun as I did.
This morning,after coffee of course,Kandie and Bobbie decided to hang out at the hotel while Ken,Jonesy,Fred and Ann and I went for a ride. Juggalo and the other mainland MI riders headed back to the other side and Steve and Mark headed home too.
We took Fred and Ann back to the steel bridge since they missed it on Sat.
Then we decided to try a little more challenging trail. What a gas that was, right up until I layed the Uly down going thru a big mud puddle! It bent the shifter up but with Ken's tool kit,some wire, a couple of rocks, Fred's duct tape and some U.P. ingenuity we got it fixed good enough to ride.
I will have pictures later.
We got back to Iron Mountain only about 10 minutes later than I had told Kandie we would be back.
We went next door and had some lunch and Fred was kind enough to buy! Thanks Fred, you really didn't need to do that but thanks again.
I would like to thank everyone that went along for all or part of the ride.
The biggest thanks goes to Ken for being our tour guide. He did a fantastic job.
Of course, like all Buell gatherings the best part is meeting the other Buell riders! |

I couldn't take it. I did some back roads on the way back, WI55 along the river north of Shawano there is wonderful. Even did a bit of dirt too. |
