All the parts finally came in for the ULY now and I am ready for a ride......Taking a quick little run up to Hickory NC Friday to have Drummer exhaust installed (500 miles round trip) then I am pretty much grounded until May....Gonna try and sneak up to North GA early May.

On the front I just looped strap around frame...on the rear I just removed seat and wedged clip under the seat...It cant pull out from between the seat and tank

That is pretty much what I did, just wanted to see if you had a different/better way to do it.

Thanks

Does that seam across your butt on the Corbin give any grief?

I specifically asked the upholsterer that lowered mine not to put any seams anywhere they may cause rubbing, though probably better there than further forward!

Ah...Very nice!

Just missing one thing.

The HVMP bar ends. No long ride should be done without them.

Did not even notice it until you mentioned it...so no

If you want to add extra lights, I have a light bracket that has entered production, and will be available by homecoming.

Price will be 50.00 for aluminum, and 60.00 for black powder coat.

It will be a bit different than this one, only slightly. Laser cut and the bracket will be angled for proper light mounting.

I just received that Cortech super mini tank bag also. How did you get yours to not obstruct the air box inlet? The manual specifically states that any obstruction will decrease performance. I was thinking of trimming some of the neoprene.. also how did you mount the bag clip under the seat? Instructions say to attach to the frame but I really could not figure a place to tie it to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. tanks

I trimmed the neoprenne......I ended up cutting the front straps....Putting a hole in the strap and attached it to the airbox hold down screws......I then cut the rear strap and tapped a small hole in the airbox cover.....lower lip....and screwed it down....works like a charm!

I ended up trimming the neoprene significantly and I attached the bottom strap to the hose that is connected to the rear shock. Not tight enough to crimp the tube nor tight enough to pull the hose out of the zip tie. I also cut quite a bit of strapage on the bottom of the bag were it clips to the seat. It looks good and will serve to be quite functional I'm sure.
