So I left my Uly in my Dad's barn this winter and mentioned that it would be nice to have something to keep the clutch cable out of the way. I think it looks great. Nice having a machinist in the family!

Looks nice. Is your dad interested in a little side business making them? I would buy one.

As a recovering chromoholic, I have resolved not to buy any chrome or billet doo-dads for my Uly. I have a fully functional and highly fashionable black zip-tie performing this necessary function.

It's a really nice piece tho...

I told him that I wanted it to be black, or at least not shiney. He rides a pimped out ultra classic, so he couldn't resist polishing the aluminum. Said it was better polished because it wouldn't corrode. I'll talk to him about selling some, but he took about 8 hours to make this one, so I think he might want more than anyone would be willing to pay.

I simply bent back the metal cable guide coming out of the clutch housing. Took a few seconds. Did it by hand so as not to scratch it.

I can see my LCD display just fine.

Cool looking bracket though!

I used a little black zip tie to pull mine back, but I have noticed just a little play in the clutch handle.

But since then I mounted a radar detector and the GPS, I can't see the speedo at all. The time of day and speed are clearly displayed on the GPS, but it is a pain to check mileage on each tank of gas (or frame of gas I should say).
