Well, today is the last day of the promotion.
Thank you to all that are going to come here in May(or sooner) to pick up their new bikes and have some fun!

Oops I put the last message in the wrong place!
Went down to Appleton HD last fall and am now in lust with the Uly! Even more so than my current bike. While talking to Dave he suggested a ride to the U.P. of Michigan, having lived here most of my life I jumped on that like a bum on a baloney sandwich!!What I need to know is what
type of roads and terrain the Uly can handle since the U.P.has so much to offer riders of every skill level.Any info would help in planning a challenging ride |

I asked this on another thread. If I wanted to take a 400 mi ride on two lane asphalt,forest service roads and some two track off road here in the U.P would the Uly be up to the task? |

This is whats happening in Iron Mountain today.
I want you all to remember to bring your long johns. May 4th is only about 75 days from now and its supposed to snow like half a mofo tonight, only 8-12. A full mofo would be double that. |

I am making a list Dave. Probably will bring everything heavy that I've got. Which isn't much (haha). At least I'll be headed south after that weekend.
Turns out that I am getting married soon after i get back to FL so this trip has taken on more meaning to me.

Kreature, I'm not gonna be around this weekend, I'm a Troll from down state. I was just working up here this week. I have friends that have a spot rented out about where the truck is parked in the picture. I'm headed back right now, I'm holed up in Manistique for the night.

Typical temp range for May 20-75, is about right. But this year (according to Daves) it's gonna be warm and dry with temps in the 70s. If you get some polypropylene long johns you can wear them comfortably the entire trip though! |

I actually have one pair of thermal underwear, rarely used though.
I will be coming solo, then hitting Myrtle Beach Bike Week the week after returning. One last blow out (haha).
