Don't get me wrong, they look cool but I'd rather put the $$ towards other mods. Make them taller with mirrors. I'll take "strong" over "pretty" any day. The sturdy brushguards I put on my DRZ400S have been beat to death. Funny thing is though my brake and clutch levers are like new.... While some may like the look of the brushguards I like them because they may save me from a long walk (or slow ride) back to civilization should I dump the bike out in the boonies.
