The content of this board was an important part of my decision. Great support and overwhelming positive reviews. Thanks for the support and in a couple weeks I will be riding my new (black) baby! I only have 100 miles on it, but dang, what a bike! I'm tall like Chad (6'-5". etc.) and the bike feels like it was made for me. I'd like to add my thanks to all the folks here who helped me make the plunge, and continue to offer excellent support and humor for the Uly. I considered it, but decided I wouldn't ride both enuf IRL. I have had 3 HD's in the last 10 yrs. RK (loved it), Sporty (fun but too small) and the UltraGeeze. While I love the straight touring capability of the Ultra, around town and in traffic in the SF Bay Area was too much of a challenge. I am looking forward to the more agile, better higher positioned Uly for traffic and cannot wait to hit the twisties.   Electraglider_1997 Posted on Monday, January 09, 2006 - 04:50 pm:        I vowed to put 100,000 miles on it so I've got 58,000 to go. Fubar, the touring potential of the Uly is very high what with the huge bags and all. You can remove the bags and still have a lane splitting commute.
