i am up here in canada and we are getting colder by the day. i want to keep riding my uly all year but am concerned about the effects of road salt. does anybody know of any good tips to prevent damage, or is it as simple as wash after you ride.

Road salt is death to any unprotected aluminum. Your bike must be washed thoroughly, meaning almost submerged in clean water, to get rid of road salt.
