All the trouble? He had to set up his suspension. Other than that, he's having a ball riding beautiful roads in a beautiful place. I had a LOT more trouble crossing Kansas on my Honda on the Interstate, than he's having riding the Uly around New Zealand. |

Yeah . . . I'v read (I think) the entire thread to and fro. If he is having problems, have him contact me and I'll see that they are promptly resolviated. As best I can tell, the guy is riding the bike, everywhere he can and about all hours of the day to and from work and then all the recreational riding he can on weekends. Darn him ! |

DAve, One of these days. Unfortunately, the outfit I work for got BRAC'ed and I'll be looking for a new job shortly. Once that's sorted out, I can start seriously lusting after a Uly again. Hugh |

Ouch...sorry to hear that Hugh. I've pulled my S3 and S2 off the street because I'm enjoying the Ulysses so much now (well...and it's "winter" Thoughts of selling my S3 are occurring more often. DAve |

Hugh, I don't know what you did, but my company builds housing for the military. We might have a need for your services somewhere. Can't make any promises, but it wouldn't hurt to check out our website at www.actuslendlease.com. We have project sites all over the country. Where are you located now? |

Hugh, I'm assuming here that you're talking about CAFB. You may want to check these sites from time to time. wink wink http://jobsearch.usajobs.opm.gov/a9fletc.asp http://www.fletc.gov/ Steve |

Steve, Nope, CAFB is alive and well. My command (Southern Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command) is being closed and reorganized in Jacksonville, FL. We oversee construction of military facilities in a ~26 state area. I have an opportunity to move to JAX, but I have some serious family conflicts with moving south ~300 miles from here. Thanks for the link; I have been checking USAJobs on a regular basis. I already went through a BRAC once, back in 1995 when the Charleston Naval Shipyard and Naval Base were closed. |
