Lowflyer's with the low handlebar, black fairing and gold windscreen flat ••• rocks! Surely that's doable...oh, first ride today on the low corbin seat-I'm 5'9 and the reduced height really seams to put my helmet in stiller air. I like the seat a lot, a little slippier, slide back a touch under hard acceleration unless i grip the frame with my knees, but i think it will be much easier to move around on in the twisty stuff. | ||

I'm seriously considering replacing the black bodywork on my Uly with the sunset orange pieces (including fender) from the XB12Ss, anyone care to take a shot at photo-chopping that? | ||

Thanks lowflyer - I like it! Now if I just remove the beak and hand guards, put on a slightly lower handlebar, maybe a Monster'esque set of racing stripes, mmmm.... sporty.... Too bad I can't actually get a matching rear part of the seat. | ||

It is just too awsum in red. When is someone going to produce all this red stuff. Count me in. I'm not going to worry to much about the red seat as the old lady is usually sitting there anyway. PS that makes the best wallpaper yet. (Message edited by thunderbox on November 25, 2005) | ||

I think if you wanted it bad enough $$-wise, you could find an upholsterer that could match the color pretty close. The beak comes off pretty easily, but you'll need a bracket under the lights. I think someone has done that already. I think it looks a little too plain without a beak. I wonder if there would be something that could replace the beak instead of only removing it. Perhaps another headlamp?  | ||

Hey can you do that same picture in Blue like the old M2 Blue Streak. Also leave the handlebars alone. That's what makes the Uly such a great ride is the riders position. (Message edited by thunderbox on November 25, 2005) | ||
