Just fabricated a mount for my radar detector & "squawker." Seems to be working out pretty well. I share the RD between Ulysses and car; it's stuck down to the bracket with velcro-like stuff (but much stronger). Removing the front plate to get at the wiring is sure nice (I hardwired the RD to the same wiring as for the 12V receptacle). Fastened the bracket to the nacelle using machine screws and nuts. Seems plenty solid.

Once of these days I'll get a detector for my bike.

Until then, I'll keep having fun easily dusting the few cops I run into in the BFE boondocks where I ride.
