God, it's ugly! Just like I like'em. You gotta love that single-sided swingarm with the spokes. It just looks rad. Where do you mount the dual GE GAU-2B 7.62 Miniguns? |

Like one of Cycleworld's editors said of the K1200R-looks like someone drove a magnet through a junk yard. I guess if you just ride it and never look at it when you aren't riding... |

I like it. I have ridden the 1200GS and can tell you its a great machine. Did an 1100 mile trip in 16 hours with my buddy on his GS and me on my FJR. While it can't run with the FJR, it definatly is no slouch. Looks are always a personal thing. I have talked to lots of guys who don't like the Uly. I like them both because they aren't trying to look like anyone else's bikes. Can't wait to see one in real life. |

Now guys just remember that when you want to show the BMW GS to other people, first tell them "I want to show you a bike that has a great personality". Remember to talk up the personality! |

Since when does ANY BMW have any personality? |

Well I like the BMW 4s' personality but I do not care for the twins, especially the GS. I guess that's why I have chosen Moto Guzzi, H-D, and Buell over the BMW twin. |

I like all bikes. From Moto Guzzis to Hondas, BMW autobahn blasters to Vespa scooters. Ducatis to Suzukis. One of my best friends owns an incredible cafe Sportster, a gorgeous S1 White Lightning, a brand new GS1200 (a week or so old) and a nearly new XR650 (Baja special). I'm looking forward to some real world comparisons between his GS and my Uly. There are no losers, just different strokes for different folks. Jim in Santa Barbara |

I like the looks except it has too much plastic around where your knees are. Kinda looks like it has praying mantis mandibles. Buell should borrow the front forks though in my opinion. I know, Not-Invented-Here syndrome. But they all have tires and burn gas and have a seat to sit on. I do like the larger windshield. |

All this for a low, low price of a gazillion dollars (plus tax!). |
