Well, I thought it might have been at first, but while I was plugging in my options on the CA DMV site, seemed like most of the obvious ones were already taken... So, fess up - who's got one? -Jack |

Mine says Kandie on my FXR2. Just mailed today to DOT for XB9 or XB9S on my XB9. Neither was taken as of yesterday. |

CRUISN - I'm limited to six characters. I thought about XB12R but if you don't know what it is by looking at it, you don't deserve to know. A guy I know in Mass had KUELL |

Hi Jack, I like to name my bikes as one would name a horse. Scout is the name I've chosen for my Ulysses. It's an intentional double entendre. Scout is a great name for a trusty steed and it describes my intended use for the bike. Of course that plate was already taken, but I found a suitable derivative. But I'm sure you can find something like: XB12X XB12 ULY ULY XB XB ULY Jacks XB XB Rhino Rhino XB CA ULY CA XB12X Etc., etc. |

Wide Full Open is the socially acceptable version of course. I seem to think that that WFO was popularized by Dirt Bike magazine back in the 60's. It was another of the California Culture terms that came into national or widespread use. Another one was Bitchin', I got smacked for saying that around my Mom. Jack |

What mean 'em W.F.O.? that was in Dirt Bike or Motocross Action Mag There was also a Buell Helmet that had WFO painted on the back. (Message edited by Two_Buells on October 17, 2005) |
