Hi guys, Anyone see an XB12X in stock yet? Santa Barbara HD quit speaking Buell, Ventura HD/Buell doesn't have any yet. They say one is coming... So when will we see them? Or am I looking in the wrong place? Jim in Santa Barbara |

Saw the Ss in Ann Arbor, MI. The new swingarm looks neat and the extra seat length looks very nice! Asked the salesman if they had the new Ulysses. blank stare. Drove to the BMW dealer to see the new roadster. Very cool. Very long. |

If someone gets a chance to see one, it would be greatly appreciated if you could measure and post the handlebar dimensions. Rise, width and pullback are all I am concerned with. As Buell claims they are wider and they appear to be taller that the bars on my X1, I think they just may be what I am looking for. Thanks in advance! Bill |

Tripper, When did you see the Ss at American HD in AnnArbor. I just called them and a sales rep said they did not have any. Not that means anything, because of their commitment to Buell it could be there, and they just don't know it. Hard Corps |

2008 on Long Island, but by that time the one they get will be on eBay for sale as not to infect the HD's on the floor. |

I just got from a 30 mile spin. It's a cool bike. It looks a lot better in person than on the web. The mapping is dead on. The seat height is great is when your in motion. But I am on my toe's when I am at stop. |

Hardcorps; I was in the Ann Arbor HD Dealer on Zeeb Road this past Tuesday AM, August 2. I swear that there was a Black XB12Ss on the main floor near the front windows. Away from the main display of Buells. I crawled all over it checking out the swingarm. The new oil filler is a nice improvement! To their credit they had the largest inventory of Buells on display I have ever seen. Unfortunately the sales staff has no idea what a Buell motorcycle is. They tell you they have no 12Ss and they stared blankly at me when I asked about the new XB12X. This disgusting trend continues nationwide. Why don't the motor company hire DaveS as national Buell sales training guru? Or me for that matter. Resume available on request! Call me soon. |

>>>>Why don't the motor company hire DaveS as national Buell sales training guru? For the most excellent reasoin that Dave is a GREAT SALESMAN. Don't laugh. Buell just hired a Badwebber who will start Monday. There are MANY talented people in the world. From my PERSONAL perspective, I want Dave Stueve SELLING . . . doing what he knows and knows better than anyone, not learning to be a trainer. Court |

I just get back from my dealer and they received a black XB12Ss. Nice looking bike. I really like the texture of the seat. The shape is a lot like the seat of my 9SX but the texture is really better and it look more comfortable. Probably not the same kind of foam. The vent on the airbox cover look nice. Overall, very nice bike. And the price is something like $400 (cdn) lower than the 2005. Probably because our dollars is higher than last year. (Message edited by stou on August 04, 2005) |

Tripper, I went in to the AnnArbor dealer today, and sure enough they had a 12Ss. They also had a 04 12s in the back, and when I asked about it they told me they wanted $9,995 plus tax, and set up fees. Seems a little unreasonable to me. Hard Corps |

Whodom-The Ulysess has a standard seat on it. I am 5'10'' with 31 inseam. I have a 176 miles on it now. I am getting more confortable with the height issue. The bike is joy to ride. The suspension is so plush. |
